Metro Istanbul, one of the affiliates of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, has published a new job advertisement for personnel recruitment. According to the announcement on the Istanbul job postings page of İŞKUR, IMM will recruit 100 personnel for permanent employment within its body.

Applications for IMM Metro 100 personnel recruitment have started and will end on 16/9/2022. Job applications will be made online through the IMM career page, and the link to the application screen is given below.

It was stated that the personnel to be recruited will be train drivers. Candidates whose applications are accepted for this will receive training for train driving. Candidates wishing to apply for this post must comply with the following conditions. Here are the details;


  • Vocational high schools, Technical High Schools or Vocational High Schools; Preferably to graduate from Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive, Engine, Information Technologies, Computer, Rail Systems, Mechatronics, Automation, Machinery departments,
  • To have at least B class license and psychotechnical certificate,
  • For male candidates, having done their military service,
  • Minimum 1.65 cm without shoes for male candidates. to be tall
  • Minimum 1.60 cm without shoes for female candidates. to be tall
  • Height and Weight Index: Maximum: 27 – Minimum: 18,
  • Being suitable to work in shift system including night shift,
  • Having health conditions that will not prevent working in the underground (tunnel-metro) (asthma, no obsolete in a closed area, etc.),

In accordance with the Railway Safety Critical Tasks Regulation, to meet the health criteria of train driver (candidates will be requested from the training and research hospital before starting the job, a committee report and a report that they have passed the relevant tests.
