Medlog Support for Block Train Transportations Between Turkey and Germany

Medlog's Tekirdağ train station was the last stop of the weekly reciprocal block train services between Germany and Turkey, initiated by the Turkish-German logistics network Çobantur Boltas in January.

Medlog started to use Tekirdağ train station in the operations of Çobantur Boltas' train departing from Munich on the Turkish leg, which is organized with the wagons of Deutsche Bahn, one of Germany's important railway companies. Import and export shipments will now be carried out through this line. Loads will be distributed to Turkey from here when 34 equipment (containers and swap-body) are transported in one direction.

Thanks to the fast operations at the Medlog train station, the unloading of the cargoes from Germany and the preparation of the export cargoes in the same wagons were completed in a short period of 3 hours.

The train, which went to return from Tekirdağ, was sent to Munich, Germany.
