The launch of the three-wheeled CV3 model, which KYMCO, represented in Turkey by Doğan Trend Otomotiv, has recently started to sell in the world; It was held in Adile Sultan Palace with the participation of KYMCO top management from Taiwan and hosted by Doğan Trend Automotive. The most technological and powerful scooter in the brand's product range, KYMCO CV3, started to be offered for sale in Turkey as a 2022 model for 369.900 TL. Investment good news came from the launch meeting. KYMCO CEO Chun-Ping Ko, who visited our country, gave the good news of production by saying, “We would like to inform you that we have started to evaluate the possibility of establishing an assembly plant in Turkey”.

Answering questions at the press conference regarding the new cooperation process, Doğan Trend CEO Kağan Dağtekin said, “We decided to embark on this journey with the CKD (assembly) type production of products suitable for the Turkish market in the first place. Then our target will be to increase the rate of indigenization. In order for an assembly plant to be meaningful, it is necessary to produce 5000 or more per model. We will start like this and develop over time. KYMCO's market share in Europe reached 11%. Our excitement is to be able to export from Turkey to Europe in the long term. We set out with this dream, we will succeed. We received the promise that we will receive all the support from KYMCO, who came to visit us at the highest level.” Noting that Turkey is an important automotive production base, Dağtekin said, “Turkey is a very important base in the automotive industry. It has a production capacity of close to 2 million and a supporting industry. We are perhaps one of the most developed countries in Europe in this sense. We also believe that we can repeat our success in motorcycle and automotive production and produce motorcycles for Europe. Therefore, it is very important that we increase our share in the domestic market and increase our volume in the domestic market.”

At the front, the double-total 3-wheel model stands out as the most powerful in its class. The model, which has the same engine block as the famous AK 550 model, has a 550cc 8-valve, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine and has a 2-stage power mode. Maximum power is provided at 7500 rpm, while maximum torque of 5750 Nm can be reached at 53 rpm. With the CVT automatic transmission, uninterrupted power transmission can be achieved.

CV3, the first 3-wheel scooter model of KYMCO, provides driving comfort at the maximum level with its adjustable features. Maximizing driving comfort with customizable driver's back support, adjustable windshield, keyless start system, power output under the seat and heated grip, CV3 is offered for sale in black and green color options.

It is supported by safety technologies such as LED headlights, signals and stops, electronic lockable front suspensions, 6-inch Noodoe digital display, cruise control. KYMCO CV3 also has a 4-stage adjustable braking system, a manual handbrake and a footbrake. With a length of 2140 mm, a width of 960 mm and a height of 1475 mm, the KYMCO CV3 has a seat height of 795 mm and a wheelbase of 1580 mm. The fuel tank of the motorcycle with a dry weight of 280 kg is 15,5 liters. The storage compartment under the saddle can accommodate one full-length helmet. It also provides practicality in dark environments with its power output and lighting.
