The International Children's Literature Festival held at Kartal Municipality Fairy Tale Museum between 10-18 September has come to an end.

Organized by the Kartal Municipality Directorate of Culture and Social Affairs, the festival, where children and families from Kartal showed great interest, hosted thousands of people. In the festival held between 10-18 September; Many different activities, from traditional children's games to painting activities, from workshops to magician shows, were not forgotten. Various activities such as theatres, puppet shows, concerts, interviews and cartoons were with the children for nine days.

Famous names took the stage in the festival program, which was prepared based on the slogan of Kartal Mayor Gökhan Yüksel, 'The Rising Eagle in Culture and Art'. Forty-five writers and artists from five countries were guests of the festival. The honorary award was presented to Fatoş İnhan, the founder of Fatoş Toys, who was the guest of honor of the festival, by the Deputy Mayor of Kartal Municipality, Adem Uçar.

In the festival, well-known artists and writers such as İlhan Şeşen, Sunay Akın, Levent Üzümcü, Sevinç Erbulak, Necdet Nedım, Ömür Kurt met with their fans. During the nine full days, the children had the opportunity to go on a pleasant journey in the world of literature.

On the last day of the International Children's Literature Festival, the participation of the people of Kartal was intense. Utku Haser conducted the first interview of the day.
