Dr. Aydoğdu said, "Show that you understand the child," and made a statement.

Expressing that it is not easy to control negative emotions and they need to be worked on, he said, “It is very important to remind the child about the feelings that he has experienced before. They may get angry because they do not want to stop the pre-sleep game and switch to sleep. In this case, informing the child beforehand, for example by showing the time 'we will sleep in 15-20 minutes. Providing information such as 'We will go to bed because you are sleepy' will enable the child to experience that feeling before and to calm down.” he said.

Referring to the consequences of uncontrolled anger, Specialist Clinical Psychologist Seda Aydoğdu said, “Just like the expression of happiness as body language, anger also has a form of expression in the body. We can give many examples of this, from frowning to slamming doors. If we cannot control the anger, the person may experience problems in his academic life, may experience difficulties in friendships, family relations, and relations with himself. warned.

Stating that expert support should be sought when it cannot be dealt with, Aydoğdu said, “It is very important to prevent this in the early period. In cases where you cannot cope as a family, you should definitely seek help from a specialist.” he said.
