Going to Cheonan, South Korea to attend the General Assembly of the International Dance Festivals Federation, Büyükçekmece Mayor Dr. Hasan Akgün will open the Cheonan World Dance Festival and will watch the Korean Contemporary Dance Competitions.
Meeting with Cheonan Mayor Park Sang Don with his delegation, Mayor Akgün made investigations in the cities of Seoul and Cheonan in the field of municipality and urban planning.
Golden Bridge Folk Dance Ensemble received great acclaim
Büyükçekmece Municipality Golden Bridge Folk Dance Ensemble, which was specially invited by Cheonan Municipality, received great acclaim with its magnificent dance performances. The Golden Bridge Folk Dance Ensemble, which exhibits the dances of Kırklareli, Mardin, İzmir, Burdur and Trabzon regions, will continue their performances in various cities and festivals in South Korea.
