According to the data from AKOM, it is estimated that the cool and rainy weather, which is expected to come from the Balkans from the evening hours, will be effective throughout the Marmara region, especially in Istanbul. Due to the system, which is expected to be effective until Wednesday, it is predicted that the temperatures will decrease by 5 – 7°C and fall below the seasonal normals, along with torrential rain transitions.

Between Monday (today) morning hours (09:00) and noon (14:00), precipitation will be seen throughout the province, especially in the regions of the city that have a coast to the Black Sea (Çatalca, Silivri, Arnavutköy, Eyüp, Sarıyer, Beykoz, Çekmeköy, and Şile). It is estimated that the wind will be strongly effective in places and during precipitation, the wind will blow strongly (20-50 km / h) with short-term moves.

COLD WEATHER UNTIL SEPTEMBER 24

It is expected that the air temperatures in Istanbul will remain 24-15°C below the seasonal normals until September 18 (except September 1-3).
