Minimum end-to-end deviation from Edirne to Hakkari
The testing process of Türk Telekom's efforts to provide the GPS-independent stable synchronization service required by all mobile operators for 5G has been successfully completed. Türk Telekom, which has installed 20 points in Turkey, will have a central synchronization network with high time accuracy and will be able to offer synchronization service to 5G base stations.
While the highest time deviation value for 5G was 1500 nanoseconds, according to the first data obtained from Türk Telekom live network, this value was measured between 5 and 45 nanoseconds in two different regions of Turkey. Thus, these values revealed that sensitive synchronization information can be carried from Edirne to Hakkari with minimum deviation regardless of the network equipment.
