HOW IS KPSS SCORE CALCULATED?
In order to calculate the KPSS score, the candidate must take both tests.
If the general ability test is not taken, the score cannot be calculated. In addition, in order to calculate the KPSS score, at least one of both tests must be clear.
In the exam, four wrongs make a right. Points are calculated on clear lines. The number of wrong answers is divided by 4. The resulting number is subtracted from the correct number. Thus, the exact number of correct lines is determined. This application is made for both tests.
For example, in the P1 score type; Someone who made 35 correct 12 wrongs from general ability and 45 correct 6 wrongs from general culture:
35 -12/4= 35-3=32 net
45-6/4= 45-1,5=43,5 net
P1 Since general ability is 70% effective, general knowledge is 30% effective
(35×0,7) + (43,5×0,3) +40 (raw score)= 24,5+13,05+40= 77,55 points.
DO 4 WRONG 1 TRUE IN KPSS?
After determining the number of correct and incorrect answers given by each candidate to the tests in KPSS, one fourth of the number of incorrect answers will be subtracted from the number of correct answers and the raw score obtained by the candidate will be revealed.
Therefore, in line with the question that thousands of candidates wonder, when calculating the KPSS score; 4 wrongs will make 1 right.

“Regardless of the level, in each of the tests applied in the exam, the raw scores of the candidate for each test will be calculated separately for each test by subtracting 1/4 of the number of correct answers from the number of wrong answers.”
