Second hand house sales in İzmir decreased by 18,8% compared to the same month of the previous year and became 4 thousand 677. The share of second hand house sales in total house sales in İzmir was 73,1%.

Mortgaged house sales in İzmir amounted to 319 thousand

Mortgaged house sales in İzmir decreased by 20,8% compared to the same month of the previous year and became 319. 20,6% of the houses sold in August were mortgaged sales.

Buca ranks first in house sales

In İzmir, in August 2022, the highest number of residential sales took place in Buca. While 798 houses were sold in Buca, one of the districts with a high number of house sales, Torbalı with 534 house sales followed Buca with 512 house sales.
