China's National Bureau of Statistics stated that in recent years, China has made great strides in infrastructure facilities such as transportation and telecommunications.

According to the information provided by the bureau, more than 2013 trillion yuan was invested in the transportation sector in 2021-27.

The number of 4G base stations constituted 59,2 percent of the total number of base stations. The number of 5G base stations corresponded to 14,3 percent of the total.
