With the project, 6 neighborhoods will be created and 264 blocks will be erected. Buildings such as villas, residences, hotels, shopping malls will not be included in the project. A total population of 15 people is envisaged in the project.

In the archaeological site and in the catchment area

Within the boundaries of the project site, there are old agricultural buildings and buildings belonging to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Istanbul University. First contract signed

The rough and fine construction period of the project is planned to be completed within 60 months. The excavation phase is expected to take approximately 3 years.

The project is expected to reach the occupancy stage in mid-2027. The project cost was announced as 3 billion 454 million 362 thousand TL.

It was noted in the introductory file that the parcels will be tendered gradually and the completion period of the project was determined as 5 years. Emlak Konut announced that it signed a contract with Dağ Mimarlık ve Mühendislik on 1 August 1 for the “Firuzköy 26st Stage 2022st Part Revenue Sharing Business in return for the Land Sale” in its statement to the Public Disclosure Platform last August.
