While the 2022 World Happiness Report was announced, Finland topped the list as the happiest country for the 5th time. While the happiness report covers 146 countries in total, Turkey ranked 112th.
According to the United Nations World Happiness Report, Finland is the happiest country in the world. While the happiness report covers a total of 146 countries, many different evaluation factors were used.
The other 10 happiest countries in the world are; Denmark, Iceland, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Israel and New Zealand were recorded. According to the last year's report, it was observed that the locations of some countries had changed, while Turkey was found to be in the 112th place. Thus, while it was observed that Turkey experienced a decrease in the happiness index, Afghanistan was recorded as the most unhappy country in the world according to the list.
