Mayor of Konya Metropolitan Municipality Uğur İbrahim Altay congratulated the teams that showed great success in the event held at Samsun Çarşamba Airport under the direction of the Turkish Technology Team Foundation and the Ministry of Industry and Technology. President Altay said, “The Capsule Technology Platform enables the implementation of high-impact programs and projects in order to improve Turkey's technological competence. Our Capsule Technology Platform, which continues its activities in the Zindankale Campus, worked intensively with the competition teams and competitors during the Teknofest process, which had a great impact on Turkey's National Technology Move and development. The 10 awards received by the teams made us all proud. I congratulate them and wish them continued success in their future lives.” said.
CAPSULE STARTED WITH 100 PROJECTS
The competition process of Teknofest Aviation, Space and Technology Festival was held in 8 different cities. "Unmanned Underwater Systems", "Smart Transportation", "Artificial Intelligence in Health", "Agricultural Unmanned Land Vehicle", "Agricultural Technologies", "Environmental Technologies", which were realized in Giresun, Ordu, Trabzon, Kütahya, Afyon, Rize, Kocaeli and Aksaray. and Energy Technologies”, “Unmanned Aerial Vehicle”, “Technologies for the Benefit of Humanity”, “Hyperloop Development” and “Model Satellite” competitions, 52 finalist Capsule Teams competed. Konya Metropolitan Municipality Capsule Technology Platform, which is present in all competition areas with its own teams, did not leave its teams alone during the competitions. In the festival area, where the competition teams of Konya Metropolitan Municipality participated, Konya Science Center hosted the participants with its science workshops and exhibitions.
In this context, Kapsül started the process with 100 projects and organized all the demands and needs of the competitors during the project stages. Konya Metropolitan Municipality Capsule Technology Platform, which cooperated with many institutions and organizations during the Teknofest process, also enabled the teams in the competition process to receive direct mentorship from the institutions in the field.

Konya Metropolitan Municipality Capsule Technology Platform demonstrated its competence in its field with two separate awards it received from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, as it was the first model created by the local government.
