Yapı Merkezi, which has accomplished successful projects around the world, undertook the construction projects at the production facilities of the BMW Group, one of the giant brands in the multinational luxury vehicle and motorcycle production, to operate in Hungary.
The world giant BMW Group, impressed by the extraordinary quality of work at Yapı Merkezi's TOGG production facility, decided to work with Yapı Merkezi for the construction of the car production facilities that will operate in Debrecen, Hungary. Turnkey construction works of the Body Shop (TKB) and Press Shop (TU) buildings of BMW Group's car production facilities that will be operational in Hungary, this project undertaken by Yapı Merkezi for one of the world's largest automotive giants in the luxury segment in a European Union country. also has a special importance in terms of being the registration symbol of its experience and quality in industrial buildings.
Multinational luxury vehicle and motorcycle manufacturer BMW Group and Yapı Merkezi signed this important project with a ceremony held in Budapest on August 17, 2022. The ceremony was attended by Yapı Merkezi Holding CEO Aslan Uzun, Bid Deputy General Manager Mustafa Saatçi, Qualified Buildings Implementation Deputy General Manager Mehmet Demirer, Bid Director Erkut Karagöz and Project Coordinator Koray Karahasanoğlu.
Speaking at the signing ceremony of the project, Yapı Merkezi Holding CEO Aslan Uzun stated that they are proud to be involved in this project and said: “As Yapı Merkezi, we have accomplished very prestigious and huge projects around the world. Yapı Merkezi, which will complete the Body Shop (TKB) building of the BMW Group's car production facilities in Hungary in 432 days and the Press Shop (TU) building in 525 days, will carry out the rough, fine and electromechanical works of turnkey projects. Approximately 70 thousand m3 of concrete, 7 thousand m3 of precast concrete and 10 thousand tons of structural steel to be manufactured will be used in the construction of both buildings of the project, which were undertaken by Yapı Merkezi.
