Samsun Metropolitan Municipality made trams free of charge during TEKNOFEST. Citizens who will go to Tekkeköy station by tram will also be transported to TEKNOFEST area free of charge.
Final preparations have been made for TEKNOFEST, which will open its doors tomorrow. Samsun Metropolitan Municipality will provide citizens with free transportation to the TEKNOFEST area. Between August 30 and September 4, trams will provide free service. Also, free ring will be provided from Tekkeköy Tram Stop to Çarşamba Airport. It was stated that the departure times will be adjusted according to the passenger density.
Samsun Metropolitan Mayor Mustafa Demir said, “We will not allow any disruption in transportation services so that our citizens can experience the festival enthusiasm easily and comfortably without the hassle of traffic and parking lots,” said Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Demir, “Free ring services will be organized from the designated locations to the festival area throughout the day. Apart from this, our trams will also serve our citizens free of charge during the TEKNOFEST process. As Samsun, we will host this organization, which has made a worldwide impact, in the best way possible.”
