National Engineering Systems is at STM Stand!
Aiming to raise awareness about STM, technology and science, TEKNOFEST will bring together national engineering products in the Black Sea region. Turkey's first national corvette project MİLGEM Ada Class Corvette, Turkey's first rotary-wing mini-strike UAV KARGU, Turkey's first fixed-wing mini-strike UAV ALPAGU and submarine at the STM booth at this magnificent festival. mock-ups will be displayed.
Dream Ships and Drones Will Come to Life
Aiming to increase Turkey's human resources trained in the fields of science and engineering, TEKNOFEST will host many activities especially for children at the STM stand throughout the Black Sea. At the STM booth, the little ones will have a pleasant time while demonstrating their skills by putting the ships, submarines, planes and UAVs of their dreams on paper.
In addition, children will be given 3D models of Turkey's first rotary-wing mini-strike UAV KARGU and Turkey's first national corvette project MİLGEM and will be asked to complete them in line with their skills. STM's activities at TEKNOFEST Black Sea will not be limited to these.
The World's Best Drone Racers are Determined at TEKNOFEST!
The excitement of the World Drone Cup (WDC), in which the world's best drone racer will be determined under the direction of STM, will be experienced in TEKNOFEST Black Sea. 2019 best athletes from 26 countries will participate in the competition, which was selected as the best sports event in the world by the Event Production Awards held in London in 32, and the best drone racer in the world will be determined at TEKNOFEST!
At WDC, where 30 TL for the first place, 20 thousand TL for the second, and 10 thousand TL for the third place will be awarded, the pilots will fight with the drones that they designed and assembled on specially prepared challenging tracks.
After the challenging stages held in Kastamonu, Sinop and Artvin throughout the year, 16 Turkish competitors made it to the finals of the Turkish Drone Championship. Within the scope of TEKNOFEST, the final stage of the Turkish Drone Championship will be held in Samsun on 30-31 August. With this grand finale, 2 names will represent Turkey at WDC.
