IMM President Ekrem İmamoğluwas in Silivri to add a new one to the Life Valleys it brought to Istanbul. Ending the chronic flooding problem of Boğluca Creek; İmamoğlu, who opened the project, which turned into a Valley of Life with its rich social facilities, together with Silivri Mayor Volkan Yılmaz, said that the project was realized with the cooperation of two municipalities. Emphasizing that they are responsible for spreading the peace that green spaces bring to people in every district of Istanbul, İmamoğlu said, “You will see that the children who grow up there are more free, productive and creative. If they meet nature, they turn into individuals who look to the future with hope. Our projects continue in every corner of Istanbul. Only in this project opening period, we will bring our 24 green field projects together with the people of Istanbul.”
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) opened the Silivri Boğluca Life Valley as part of the '150 Projects in 150 Days' marathon. The 64st and 1nd stages of the project, which consists of four stages, with an area of approximately 2 thousand square meters, IMM President Ekrem İmamoğlu and Silivri Mayor Volkan Yılmaz attended the ceremony. In his speech, İBB President reminded that they implemented important projects in Şile to solve the infrastructure and water problem. Ekrem İmamoğluemphasized that they are determined to provide the same service to 39 districts of the city from east to west. Saying that "Service does not have a party, politics or discrimination," İmamoğlu said, "We are honored to bring equal service to everywhere. We all experience and know the damage that partisanship and nepotism have inflicted on our nation, the uneasiness it has given them, and the malaise it has given them. It is not that party or this party. The moment we delete it and throw it away, believe me, we will have much more enjoyable and much better days.”

Stating that they brought millions of square meters of green space to the city with the vision of 'fair, green, creative Istanbul', İmamoğlu stated that they completed a new infrastructure, production plants or restoration every day within the scope of '150 Projects in 150 Days' and continued as follows:
“I see how happy the Moda Pier is. The peace, millions of shares, millions of thanks given to the society by bringing a pier built 100 years ago to our people in accordance with its original form… Do you know what the essence of this is? We are a noble nation. Our nobility is a nobility based on our fondness for our originality and the respect we show for it. The arrival and departure of tens of thousands of people since the opening of the fashion pier is just a sign of this. Believe me, this is not the base of the building you are talking about. But the main issue there, I'm talking about the effect of the fact that for 20-25 five years, that institution, this person, that person, after being subjected to bad uses, is taken and placed on a citizen's ground. That's why, when you address the will, spirituality and feelings of the citizens, I cannot describe the peace and pride that the community gives you when you direct your services by looking at the happiness of our nation, not the happiness of a handful of people."

FISHES SWIM TODAY IN THE FREAK LEFT EVEN FROGs
Reminding that he brought 700 thousand square meters of Life Valley to the city during his term as Beylikdüzü Municipality, İmamoğlu said that green space projects continue in many parts of the city. Informing that the first phase of the Valley of Life, whose foundation was laid in Sarıyer, will be open to visitors until the end of the year, İmamoğlu noted that they have removed the occupation in Baltalimanı and acquired a large green area in the middle of the city. Giving the example of Atatürk City Forest, another green area in the center of the city, İmamoğlu said, “Atatürk City Forest remained a closed circuit area for years. Why is it hidden like that? It is an area of one million 100 hundred thousand square meters that can be reached by metro. Please go visit one day. KadıköyKurbağalıdere, which is known to my fellow citizens in Silivri, and even known from Kars to Edirne, has negatively affected our lives in Turkey for years. I'm talking about Frog Creek, abandoned even by frogs. But now there is Kurbağalıdere, where frogs and even fish return.”
“THIS UNDERSTANDING SHOULD SPREAD OUR COUNTRY”
Stating that Silivri Municipality is the only municipality within the People's Alliance to allocate a place for a nursery, İmamoğlu thanked Silivri Mayor Volkan Yılmaz for his cooperation. “He allocated it, so we did. I wish every municipality could do this," said İmamoğlu, "We do not run away from cooperation. This is a good thing. Here we will thank each other. We are still ready to support where this promise is not made or it is late with the good-willed approach to each other. While Volkan Bey is serving in Silivri, are there other Silivri people while we are serving? We serve our people. I was the county mayor. I will not make Volkan Bey suffer the troubles I have experienced. This understanding should be spread across our country. I wish we had a cooperation where we can thank our President from this rostrum. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the President and the ministers here. They didn't make me experience this, they don't. I wish they lived."
VOLKAN YILMAZ: “WE WILL CONTINUE COOPERATION WITH IMM
Noting that they brought the Boğluca Yaşam Valley to the district in cooperation with the İBB, Silivri Mayor Volkan Yılmaz said, “Mayors, local service authorities are places where politics should not be mixed, kept free from politics, and should be kept away from political considerations. Services made with your taxes. We cooperated with Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in the allocation of nursery places, barrier-free living space centers, toilets and many projects. We intend to continue to cooperate," he said.
TOTAL 245 THOUSAND ACTIVE GREEN AREAS
Sharing the details of the project in his speech, IBB Deputy Secretary General Arif Gürkan Alpay gave the following information:
“The 2,5st and 1,3nd stages, which make up 1 kilometers of the 2 kilometers long valley in total, were undertaken by our Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, while the 3rd and 4th stages were undertaken by Silivri Municipality. When all stages of the valley are completed, 245 thousand square meters of active green space will be provided to Istanbulites, where they can walk uninterruptedly along the creek line. In the 1st and 2nd stages of Silivri Boğluca Life Valley, the bicycle path, children's playgrounds, sitting and resting areas, as well as the function of more than a thousand trees and more than 10 thousand bushes, have been enriched with the planting of the region's people.
