Taking a leading role in the aid campaigns carried out in İzmir, Turkey and abroad, as well as the social responsibility projects it carries out, ESBAŞ was included in the 'Social Responsibility and Volunteering 2022 Best Employers List', which includes the companies that carry out the most corporate social responsibility projects in Turkey.
The 'Social Responsibility and Volunteering 2022 Best Employers List', prepared by the Great Place to Work Institute, which is a global authority on workplace culture and employee experience, in cooperation with the Private Sector Volunteers Association to determine the companies that provide the most social benefits across Turkey, has been announced. 8 companies from all over Turkey managed to enter the list, which also includes ESBAŞ.
ESBAŞ was entitled to take its place in the list with its leading role in national and international campaigns, especially in natural disasters and pandemic, as well as the social facilities and educational institutions it brought to İzmir to serve the elderly, women and students.

Emphasizing that they carry out corporate social responsibility activities by aiming to transform the competence and potential of human resources into social benefit through volunteering, as well as company resources, Dr. Faruk Güler said, “We have 3 main approaches specific to us in social responsibility studies. First, our corporate social projects will be primarily aimed at people and the environment. Secondly, we will definitely have collaborations where we can make strategic cooperation and carry out projects together. In particular, we carry out such collaborations with the public, non-governmental organizations, municipalities, schools and universities around us. Third, we start from the local and move towards the national. First of all, we look at what we can do to people and the environment in Gaziemir, where our company is located. Then we look at what we can do for our city, our country and the world. We also have partners in this field," he said.

Güler emphasized that while contributing financially to ESBAŞ's corporate social responsibility projects, they also encourage their employees to take part in these projects with their own efforts and devotion.
Emphasizing that they aim to be a company that touches all living things, nature and society, stands against all kinds of discrimination, especially gender discrimination, and builds great works for everyone. Faruk Guler said:
