Enterprise Turkey Becomes Number 1 in the World in Customer Satisfaction

Enterprise Turkey, the main franchisee of Enterprise Rent A Car, the world's largest car rental company, has come to the top of the world with its customer satisfaction-oriented approach. Compared to 2019, which the car rental industry defined as "a very good period" until the pandemic, the company doubled its employment and number of local offices, while the number of customers increased by more than two and a half times.

Explaining that they have achieved a growth above the sector average, Enterprise Turkey CEO Özarslan Tangün said:
“We continue to grow within the framework of our strategy of being closer to the customer,” he said. Drawing attention to the dynamism experienced in short-term car rentals compared to 2021, Tangün said, "This year, the demand from abroad has increased by 2021 percent on average compared to 100."

In the customer satisfaction evaluation made by the independent auditing firm, Enterprise Turkey achieved the highest score among nearly 100 countries where Enterprise operates, and ranked first in this field worldwide. In the last two years, the company has achieved another important success by carrying its first place in the Europe, Middle East and Africa Region (EMEA) to the global level in customer satisfaction.
