First Transfer Results Based on Placement Under LGS Announced

Within the scope of LGS, the Ministry of National Education has made the first transfer results based on placement available at "meb.gov.tr".

Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer reminded that, according to the first placement results announced on 25 July, 95 percent of the students who made a choice were placed in the school of their choice.

Noting that this rate increased at the end of the first transfer, which is the basis for placement, Özer said, “At the end of the first transfer period, 97 percent of our students who chose were placed in the schools they wanted.” said.

Noting that the second transplant preference applications, which started today, can be made between 1-5 August, Özer said, “The second transplant placement results will be announced on 8 August. Thus, the centrally conducted main placement process will be completed on 8 August. At the end of the second transfer placement, placement applications will be received by the provincial/district student placement and transfer commissions for students who cannot be placed in any school, and the placement process will be completed on 19 August.
