Support from Chairman Selvitopu to Forum Göztepe Project

The support of the Mayor of Karabağlar, Muhittin Selvitopu, came to Forum Göztepe, which will be realized by Turkmall in Esentepe and will bear the title of Izmir's largest urban transformation project.

Turkmall Vice President Mehmet Altunhan, who stated that they visited Karabağlar Mayor Muhittin Selvitopu and gave information about the latest status of the Forum Göztepe project, said, “Mr. Mayor Selvitopu, thanks to the model implemented by Turkmall in Forum Göztepe, small land owners in the project can also become flat owners. He expressed his satisfaction.”

Stating that the meeting, which was attended by Legal Counsel Mürsel Ünlü and Konak Former Mayor Ahmet Sarış, took place in a sincere atmosphere, Altunhan said: “We have been informing President Selvitopu regularly since the beginning of our project. A year-long reconciliation negotiations were concluded for Forum Göztepe and a two-thirds majority was achieved. The project has now been submitted to the approval of our Ministry. Insha'Allah, we will lay the foundation together with the participation of all Izmir residents in this important project that will get the plan approval in a short time and change the face of our city."

Forum Göztepe, which is a gift to İzmir by Turkmall, which has invested more than 30 billion dollars in total by constructing 12 million square meters of projects in our country and around the world for 8 years with its shopping mall, residence, housing and mixed projects, and left 30 years behind in the sector, offers social areas, shopping and modern facilities. It will feature an exemplary project that will present life together.

Forum Göztepe, which has a construction area of ​​5,5 thousand square meters on a total area of ​​​​222 hectares in the Esentepe neighborhood and attracts attention with a budget of more than 2,5 billion liras, will create a new living center with its square, street and social facilities. There will be 450 residences in the project, which will meet the needs of Izmir, have a modern architecture and will be built on solid ground. Many features such as commercial areas, office areas, spaces that will allow socialization, and an indoor parking lot for each flat will be presented together. Forum Göztepe will also offer transportation advantage as it is close to both the ring road, the metro and the beach.
