Giving examples from the SUDEM, which they opened in Sultanbeyli yesterday, the kindergartens and student dormitories they put into service, İmamoğlu said:
“For the future of our children and youth in this city; We have to put forward the processes that correspond to the concept of 'locality' of the most accurate, healthiest, most vital and most accurate service, today and in the future. What do we say in this context? Nursery. We're going to number 150. What is the meaning? To provide kindergarten education to 20 children a year. What are we saying? Library. get to 50. What does this mean? To spread the most 700-800 thousand books around Istanbul, at the same time to turn those places into a cultural center, to meet with writers, poets, thinkers, intellectuals, and to equip our children, youth, women and adults with knowledge. What's wrong with the city? Our President has expressed it in many places. Indeed, this city has the issue of combating addiction to face. We will open more. The biggest needs of this period are; psychological counseling centre. Yesterday, at the opening, ladies and children in their arms were in Sultanbeyli saying, 'Maybe, please open more psychological counseling centers'. In other words, if our compatriots who have just migrated to this city for 3-5 years are aware of this need, we must respond to it. We will open. What is needed? Our youth, high school, university and even our workers with the lowest wages need nutrition. City Restaurants. We will open. We will prepare at least 10 of them by September.”
“MANY COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD ARE UNDER DEEP PRESSURE OF IMPERIALISM”
Stating that people have to take different steps to meet their needs, İmamoğlu said, “These are the steps that will attract children and young people and change their lives. In that sense, this is not a standard library. So are the other libraries we've opened. There is also the vision of a contemporary cultural center that actually reflects our vision. It's not just ten thousand books, fifteen thousand books here. It is a center that gives access to hundreds of thousands of resources at once. Imagine that there are fifty, sixty in number, and that there are always dozens of events in such places, every week. You calculate the change there. That change is actually a journey change made with the mind and science. You know what that change gives us? Today, many countries in the world are still under the deep pressure of imperialism. Unfortunately, many countries and countries where there are deceived and deceived rulers who cannot implement their own vision, own mind, and accumulation in the healthiest way, are close to hopelessness and economic collapse, political corruption and at the same time with no strategic mind. it turns into countries, states that cannot benefit its environment. However, on a journey we make with reason and science, we actually secure our future with the investment we make in our children today.”

Noting that a bad strategic process was managed in the past, İmamoğlu said that for this reason, they had difficulty in finding a public space to serve the citizens. Sharing the knowledge that they have resorted to expropriation or leasing methods for this reason, İmamoğlu said:
“We are proud and happy to offer our citizens a service that cannot be measured with money. On this journey we are on, I can feel and see how good an Istanbul that will never be deceived in the future, never succumb to mistakes, and free-thinking and conscientious generations will be for Turkey. 3 years ago, we said, 'There will be no district where culture, art and books do not reach'. The service we provide is the exact equivalent of that. The equal and honorable people of this city should be equally close to the service and benefit from it. We invest to create fair opportunities for our people. We invest in increasing the future and hopes of children and young people. Here, 'For me, in this city, whatever service is needed for me, he makes a great effort. We provide services with care so that our citizens can say, 'We have a Metropolitan Municipality or we have municipalities'. Societies that cannot make their young people happy cannot look to the future with hope.”
“KÜÇÜKÇEKMECE WILL BE IN THE CENTER OF METRO LINES”
Stating that they approach each district from a holistic perspective, İmamoğlu shared up-to-date information about the metro lines, which center Küçükçekmece, where Avcılar followed. Saying, “We are an investing municipality,” İmamoğlu said, “Our Ataköy-İkitelli line, which will be one of the important openings of the next year and we have come a long way, is an important metro line that passes through the borders of Küçükçekmece. Kirazli-Halkalı We are quickly making the tender for our metro -which is currently a line that the contractor terminated unilaterally, since the right of termination was given by the Presidential circular. This one passes through Küçükçekmece. Again, we are building the first metro line, Mahmutbey-Esenyurt line, which you started from scratch, again passing through Küçükçekmece and perhaps connecting to the west of Istanbul from this axis. Today I will visit one of their construction sites. Our Beylikdüzü-Sefaköy metro, whose design we have completed and whose financing we have signed a preliminary protocol for, is another important metro line to the west of Istanbul, close to the sea, parallel to the E-5. Today, we are a city that makes 10 metro lines in Istanbul. I wanted to share with you that most of the underground subways produced by more than 10 thousand employees also serve Küçükçekmece.”

At the events in Avcılar and Küçükçekmece; Avcılar Mayor Turan Hançerli, Küçükçekmece Mayor Kemal Çebi and İBB Deputy Secretary Generals Mahir Polat and Gürkan Alpay made speeches.
