The 30th Anniversary Climbing Race, which is included in the AVIS 100 Turkey Climbing Championship, which was held as part of the '2022th Anniversary of the August 100 Victory' events, was organized by the Phrygian Sports Club (FSK) on 13-14 August in Kütahya. Organized under the sponsorship of NG Kütahya Seramik with the support of Kütahya Governorship and Kütahya Municipality, the 2022th climbing race of the 4 season under the main sponsorship of ICRYPEX attracted great attention from the local people.
At the end of the race, which was run as three exits on the 7,5 km long Radar road, İlker Aktaş from the Ülkü Motorsport team won the first place in Category 1, while Sevcan Sağıroğlu with the Ford Fiesta R1 and Bahadır Sevinç with the Citroen Saxo VTS took the third place. There were names. In category 2, Fiat Palio and Ülkü Motorsport's Kaan Kara became the fastest name of the day with the Fiat Punto S1600, while Cem Yudulmaz and Citroen Saxo VTS took the third place.
In Category 3, young athlete Ahmet Keskin, who competed with Opel Corsa OPC for Neo Motorsport, became the fastest player once again, Murat Soycopur, who competed with Renault Clio R3 for GP Garage My Team, and Kemal Gürsoy, who competed with Opel Corsa OPC for Ülkü Motorsport, took third place. . In Category 4, with Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX, Selim Bacıoğlu from GP Garage My Team won first place and recorded the best time of the day at the same time. In this category, Ümit Ülkü from Ülkü Motorsport finished the day with Opel Corsa OPC in second place, while Sinan Soylu from GP Garage My Team took third place with Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX. Ülkü Motorsport came first in the teams, while Eda Soylu came first, Çiğdem Tümerkan came second and Sevgi Aktürk came third in the women's classification.
AVIS 2022 Turkey Climbing Championship will continue with the fifth leg race to be held in Manisa Kınık by İzmir Motorsports and Automobile Club (İMOK) on September 03-04.
