Craftsmen Examine the Sample Shop in Toybelen Industrial Site

Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Demir, who visited the sample shop with the tradesmen in Toybelen Industrial Site, said, “This place is perfect with all its installations and everything. You were always under water in Gülsan when it rained, it will never be like that here. It will be so amazing when our people move here. I am also looking forward to it.”

Within the scope of 2023 targets, the Metropolitan Municipality, which is making efforts to make Samsun a more modern and contemporary identity in urban planning, will transfer the Gülsan Industrial Estate to the new industrial site to be established in Toybelen. Work continues intensively at Toybelen Industrial Estate, which was built by TOKİ with the support of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.

Metropolitan Mayor Mustafa Demir, together with Osman Coşkun, Member of the Presidency Science Technology and Innovation Policy Board, met with industrial tradesmen. Together with the shopkeepers, he examined the sample shop that was completed in Toybelen.

THANKS TO THE MINISTER INSTITUTION

President Mustafa Demir thanked the Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum for his contribution to bringing such an important project to Samsun. Stating that the Industrial Site will be completed towards the middle of 2023, President Demir said, “This place is completely aimed at industrial tradesmen. We're moving fast. We are preparing the infrastructure. We are getting things ready to move here gradually, so we will start our operations in Gülsan.” President Mustafa Demir said:

You will be moved to a much better area with a sparkling, perfect infrastructure, rain water, drinking water, sewerage and commercial areas. In the meantime, we're dealing with this within a period of time. It will be so amazing when our people move here. I am also looking forward to it. Samsun is the center of the region. Befitting its identity as the center of the region, we have a great effort to become an exemplary city in Turkey. While doing your craftsmanship, follow the municipalities and the public service. We are today, we are not tomorrow. But the people who get authority in this city must work day and night. Now you can act negligently in your own business and you will see the damage yourself. One of my negligence affects 1 million 370 thousand people. I can say with all sincerity that we work with great effort, never leaving the right, the law and the fairness.”
