Tanyer Yapı Advertising Manager Gül Tanyer Tozburun said that they hosted many domestic and foreign investors in the Tan Urla sales office.

Gul Tanyer Tozburun, who gave information about the project they started to work on, stated that they will offer a new lifestyle by blending architectural design, social opportunities, commercial areas and natural life in Tan Urla.

Expressing that they will hand over nearly 300 keys to their owners at the end of the project, Tozburun said, “We also offer a 1.29-month payment campaign with a rate of 36 for our customers under the guarantee of Tanyer Yapı. We believe that Tan Urla will add value to the entire region and become a center of attraction.

The project will have a total construction period of 36 months, but we plan to finish the project sooner. Our project draws attention with its location close to both transportation opportunities and educational institutions. Tan Urla is on a gateway to the peninsula and the region is very open to development. We are also very close to Seferihisar, Sığacık Bay, Azmak Bay, Çeşme and Kuşadası axis. Gül Tanyer Tozburun noted that Tan Urla has a total commercial area of ​​20 thousand square meters and will be a new center of attraction for the region by incorporating well-known brands from different sectors.

Emphasizing that the social areas will come to the fore in the project as much as the architectural features, Tozburun continued his words as follows: “Tan Urla will have chef restaurants, restaurants serving local dishes, a health center and a gym. It will appeal to both the site and the entire region. We will establish a village square for social events, meetings and demonstrations. There will also be shops such as a health center, pharmacy, handicrafts, tailor, cobbler, nursery and pet shop to meet various needs. We also paid special attention to green areas and hobby gardens. In Tan Urla, there will also be AC ​​and DC fast charging stations for electric vehicles, whose value is increasingly appreciated. We will establish the necessary infrastructures to use solar energy in the most effective way. We will make a decision together with landscape and agricultural engineers and carry out a study in accordance with the plant structure of the region. Within the project, we will also plant different fruit trees such as figs, pears and olives suitable for the climate of the region.”
