The Ministry of Treasury and Finance will receive 400 financial services assistant experts. Application deadline is September 14, 2022. 6 assistant financial services specialists will be recruited through a special competitive exam to be employed in the strategy development units of the central organizations of public administrations within the scope of general government (excluding regulatory and supervisory institutions), with the 9th-400th staff grades of the General Administrative Services Class and their positions. Special competitive examination; It consists of a written exam to be administered by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and an oral exam to be administered by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. EXAM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
In order to participate in the Financial Services Assistant Specialist Special Competition Exam;
1 – To carry the general conditions specified in subparagraph (A) of the first paragraph of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
2 – To graduate from the Faculties of Law, Political Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Economics and Administrative Sciences, which provide at least four years of undergraduate education, or from domestic or foreign education institutions whose equivalence is accepted by the competent authorities,
3 – Not to have completed the age of 35 as of the first day of January of the year in which the exam was held (Those born on or after 1 January 1987),
4 – To have a score of seventy-five (2021) or more from the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) KPSSP2022 score type held by ÖSYM in 48 or 75,
5 – To have paid the exam fee on behalf of ÖSYM with a credit/debit card from the “PAYMENTS” field on the ÖSYM website or mobile applications,
6 – To have completely completed the application process for the exam,

EXAM APPLICATION
Pre-applications for the exam will be received electronically through ÖSYM between 8-14 September 2022. Twenty times the 400 staff and positions to be appointed (8000 candidates) will be ranked from the highest score to the KPSSP48 score type, and the candidates with the same score as the last candidate in the ranking will be included in the list and the candidates who will make the final application will be determined. Pre-application results will be announced on ÖSYM's ais.osym.gov.tr website.
The final applications of the candidates who are listed as a result of the preliminary application will be received between September 27 and October 3, 2022 through ÖSYM application centers or electronically via mobile applications or individually via the internet. For candidates who cannot apply to ÖSYM between these dates, the late application day will be October 11, 2022.
