A Green Corridor and Bicycle Road are being built in Sadabad, which is home to the Tulip Era and is famous for its historical artifacts and natural beauties.

Istanbulites will almost go on a journey in history by riding a bicycle. The Green Valley project is being implemented by Kağıthane Municipality in the Sadabad region. Within the scope of the Green Valley project, the region is afforested, new parks, bicycle and walking paths, and resting areas are provided.

A Green Corridor and Bicycle Road were built on an area of ​​6 kilometers on the Central District Cendere Valley. While hundreds of different types of trees were meeting with the soil, a new transportation network was brought to the region with the bicycle path.

With the Green Corridor and Bicycle Road built in the Sadabad region; Historical Sadabad Mosque, Palace Laundry, Handmade Paper Workshop, creek boats, Nişantaşı, open air museum bearing the traces of the ancient period, Sadabad Water Cistern, Hasbahçe, Kağıthane Square, Daye Hatun Mosque and Primary School can be seen.

Mayor Mevlüt Öztekin announced that the project will be put into service soon; “We built a 150 km long bicycle path in a green area of ​​6 thousand square meters in total. Citizens of all ages will be able to enjoy the beauties of this place by coming with their bicycles. There will also be stations where our citizens can rent bicycles. We will open soon.” said.
