To be employed in the central and provincial organization of the General Directorate of Foundations of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, in accordance with the paragraph (B) of the 657th article of the Civil Servants Law No. 4; 06.06.1978 Protection and Security Officers, 7 Support Personnel (without a written or oral examination) based on the 15754 KPSS(B) group score ranking within the framework of the "Principles on Employing Contracted Personnel", which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 2020 and numbered 107/97. A total of 61 contracted personnel, including 36 Cleaning Officers and 204 Drivers, will be recruited. The application deadline is 29 July 2022.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1- To meet the conditions specified in subparagraph (A) of article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.

2- To be positive as a result of security investigation and/or archive research.

3- To carry and document the general and special qualifications sought as of the last day of the application.

4- To have taken the 2020 KPSS (B) group exam conducted by OSYM and to have received the minimum score from the score types specified in the special conditions.

5- Not to have any physical and mental health disabilities that prevent him from doing his duty. The candidates who are entitled to be appointed will be asked for a health board report from a full-fledged state hospital. (For the Protection and Security Officer position, the medical board report with the phrase "becomes a private security officer" specified in Article 18 of the Regulation on the Implementation of the Law on Private Security Services must also include the following points;

a) Psychiatry: A psychiatric illness or personality disorder (Psychopathy); not be addicted to alcohol or drugs,

b) Neurology: Not having a neurological disorder that may prevent him from performing his private security service,

c) Eye: Not having visual impairment or night blindness,

ç) Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT): Not having a hearing loss that may prevent him from performing the private security service,

d) Health Board Report must include height and weight information.

6- Not getting pension or old age pension from any Social Security Institution.

7- Not being dismissed or dismissed while working in any public institution.

8- Not working as a 4/B contracted personnel in any public institution and organization.

9- The status of the applicants; Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4 states: “In case the contracts are terminated by their institutions due to the violation of the principles of the service contract by those employed in this way, or if they terminate the contract unilaterally within the contract period, excluding the exceptions determined by the President's decision, unless one year has passed from the termination date, the institutions they cannot be employed in contracted personnel positions.” comply with the provision.

10- The applications of those who provide false documents or make statements or those who are found to have submitted incomplete documents and those who cannot submit the requested documents will be deemed invalid, their contracts will be canceled even if they have been made, and legal action will be taken against them.
