Spanish aviation and infrastructure company Ferrovial announced that it has finalized the final agreement reached with YDA in February to purchase 60 percent of Dalaman airport.
In the statement made by the company, it was emphasized that the operating right of Dalaman airport will continue until 2042.
According to the news of Bloomberg HT, the purchase agreement was completed as planned and all conditions were met, including the approval of the authorities.
Ferrovial reached an agreement on February 60 to purchase 140 percent of the Dalaman airport operating rights from the YDA Group for 17 million euros.
