Ordu Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Mehmet Hilmi Güler stated that the rehearsal flights of Solo Türk within the scope of TEKNOFEST preparations were exciting and said, “We watched the Solo Türk shows with pride, we are ready for TEKNOFEST as the whole of the Army.”
Ordu, which has made a name for itself by successfully holding many national and international organizations in recent years, will also host TEKNOFEST, the aviation, technology and space technology festival held in Turkey. He rehearsed before TEKNOFEST, which will start on Friday, 29 July, before the demonstration flights to be held at Solo Türk.
While the rehearsal show of Solo Türk, which was held in the skies of the army, attracted great attention from the citizens, the movements of the pilots with the planes weighing tons were breathtaking.
PRESIDENT GULER: “WE ARE PROUD”
Following the rehearsal shows, Ordu Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Mehmet Hilmi Güler made statements about both the rehearsal flights and TEKNOFEST.
Stating that Solo Türk's rehearsal shows were breathtaking and they were very proud, Chairman Güler said that as Ordu, they were ready for TEKNOFEST. Noting that the demonstrations enabled them to look to the future with confidence, Mayor Güler said, “We are doing very important work on TEKNOFEST in our army. Here, 7 important companies are doing good work. The army will host very important activities here. Also, we watched the pre-show rehearsal flights of Solo Türk today and we were very proud. We have seen the superior talents of the Turkish Air Force and our pilots here. This is our pride. Because we are both a strong state and we have a strong technology and army. In this respect, everyone I met in our army was happy and our chest swelled. With these feelings, we look to the future with more confidence. As a province, we are working very well with our Metropolitan Municipality, Governorship and schools and we are ready for TEKNOFEST. At the same time, our President will honor the Army and we will inaugurate our work. Therefore, we are ready for TEKNOFEST as a whole.”
“WE DO WORKS BEYOND CLASSIC MUNICIPALITY”
President Güler said, 'We are making a great contribution to our development efforts with the companies we have established, our products, the boats we produce, technology, software and industrial products, as well as agriculture, food and animal husbandry, apart from the classical municipality', and stated that they have accomplished tangible and visible works.
Stating that very important works are being done in order to look to the future with hope, President Güler said:
“Now, we look to the future with hope, because these are no longer just words, we are doing tangible and visibly serious works, and this is very closely related to the future of our country and our region, and we spend all our experience and knowledge in this way. We are not only a municipality, but also a strong organization for our country. Here, too, we make a great contribution to our development efforts as a whole, with the companies we have established, our products, the boats we produce, technology, software and industrial products, agriculture, food and livestock, apart from the classical municipality. As a metropolitan city, we are already building the roads. Whether it's about water or garbage, we generate electricity from garbage. We have done very good things in our infrastructure investments. I don't want to compare, but we are ahead of most places in terms of work. These are already visible. From now on, we are already doing the classical municipality, we focus on other works. At TEKNOFEST, one of them, we took these competitions to our Ordu."
The excitement of TEKNOFEST will take place between 29-31 July at Altınordu Tayfun Gürsoy Park.
