Gulf Festival Ended with Breathtaking Races in İzmir Marina

The fifth Gulf Festival, organized by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, ended with the breathtaking races in Izmir Marina.

Mayor of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Tunç SoyerOrganized for the fifth time in line with the vision of "Izmir, the city of sports", the Izmir Bay Festival hosted colorful images on its last day. On the last day of the festival, swimming races were held in İzmir Marina as well as boat training races with the optimist. The medals and trophies of the winners of the Optimist competitions were presented to the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Youth and Sports Services Department Head Hakan Orhunbilge, Turkish Sailing Federation Vice President Hakan Yenigün and officials. The people of İzmir, who participated in the Southern Gediz Delta Flamingo Road bus tour, had the opportunity to get information and observe about dozens of species living in the delta.
