Premium car manufacturer Lexus stands out with its remarkable design cars and services, as well as its smoothness in satisfaction surveys.
Lexus was once again the clear winner, according to satisfaction surveys conducted by AutoIndex in four categories: brand, dealers, service and brand loyalty. Lexus broke a new record in the research by scoring 1000 points out of 935 points.
2022 users in Norway participated in AutoIndex 13, which is held annually by Loyalty Group International, with cars registered in 773-2018, and the country's most comprehensive satisfaction survey was once again carried out.
Lexus, which has been in the first place in AutoIndex research for 11 years, once again proved the importance it attaches to quality and customer satisfaction. Premium brand succeeds to complement its high production quality with differentiated customer experience. Lexus also continues to draw attention with its trouble-free cars, with the Endurance Award, Safe Car and Best Manufacturer Awards.
