Exhibits in the museum:

World Dolls Exhibition

The World Dolls Exhibition continues to shed light on the journey of dolls, the most important milestone of the toy industry, from Antiquity to the present. A very special selection awaits the visitors of the museum, from wooden dolls of the 18th century to rag dolls of Anatolia, from Asian and African faith dolls to fashion dolls, and even silk-dressed festival dolls of the Far East. The exhibition, which includes 2 babies, can be visited in the Mustafa V. Koç/Lengerhane building.

Sea and Beyond

One of the exhibitions that can be seen in the museum is the solo exhibition of Italian navy painter Lorenzo Mariotti called “The Sea and Beyond”… The exhibition, which consists of 33 oil paintings, invites art lovers to catch a different perspective by presenting everything related to the sea with snapshots from daily life. In addition to historical frigates and ships, Mariotti's works include everything related to the sea, from the rope tied by a crewman to the children looking curiously from a rowing boat to the open warship. The beauty added by objects symbolizing the sea to the paintings, sculptures and structures in Italy's historical regions, is also reflected in snapshots from daily life.

Destiny on one side, Away on the other

In the Hasköy Shipyard, one of the main sections of the Rahmi M. Koç Museum, there is a valuable collection of life-size boats and yachts, boats, ship equipment objects and ship machinery. Against the view of the Golden Horn, the visitors of the museum are accompanied by the 1963 production of Kismet by Sadun Boro, the first Turkish sailor to circumnavigate the world with his boat, and the "Distances" boat, on which Osman and Zuhal Atasoy traveled the world for 4 years, 10 months and 6 days.

Boat tour on the Golden Horn, break in Fenerbahce

Boat tours of the Golden Horn are among the most entertaining activities of the Rahmi M. Koç Museum. It is possible to take a 40-minute excursion on the shores of the unique Golden Horn. Golden Horn tours are made with the fishing boat Count Ostrorog and the last two steam tugs operating in Istanbul, Port 2 and 1873 Dutch-built Rosalie. For those who want to take a short break after a pleasant tour, the Fenerbahce Ferry's original renovated cafe, as well as Telve Kafe in the main exhibition section and the "Coca – Cola Buffet" serving in the open area after the restoration of the 1942 model Dodge truck, offer a pleasant environment. The carousel, which is now only available in amusement parks, awaits children at the Rahmi M. Koç Museum.
