1 glass of kefir, half a banana, 5 raw almonds and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds are passed through a blender and consumed.

Blend 1 glass of kefir with 3 fresh apricots and add 2 whole walnuts and 2-3 tablespoons of oats to it.
