Sönmez Yıkılmaz, known as the Rambo of Turkish cinema, who started as a light maker in Yeşilçam and rose to the leading roles and later in the belligerent supporting roles, passed away at the age of 77.

Sönmez Yıkılmaz (born 12 December 1945, Rize – died 2 June 2022, Istanbul), is a Turkish character film actor and producer.

Yilmaz was born on December 12, 1945 in Rize. He started his acting career in 1965 and continued until 2009. He frequently appeared in movies with action and adventure in the genre of action and adventure in Yeşilçam.

With the production company "Anzer Film", which he is the founder of, Arzuhalci produced 5 films, namely, Ask Me from the Nights, Red Boots, "Mountain and After Years".

Yıkılmaz, who runs a cafe called Cafe De Femmes outside of the cinema, passed away on June 2, 2022 in Istanbul from natural causes at the age of 77. He was buried in Ayazağa Cemetery.
