FIELD MBA Program; SAHA Istanbul, in cooperation with TÜBİTAK TÜSSIDE, has been specially designed for managers, executive candidates and company owners operating in the defense, aviation and space sectors.
Turkey's most prestigious, focused and ambitious MBA program, in which industry leaders and senior bureaucrats take part as trainers, aims to train leading managers by delivering the produced value to our national producers as much as possible through teaching. In the SAHA MBA Program between 2022 and 2023; There will be 4 training titles in 42 themes and approximately 328 hours of training with additional lessons in the form of Business management simulation, professional mentoring and case modules, as well as additional lessons in the form of experience sharing sessions of Industry Leaders and bureaucrats.
The 4th Term will be opened in Istanbul and Ankara with a quota of 30 each. After the pre-registration of the candidates is completed, the candidates who are suitable for the program will be selected by scoring their CVs.
In the training program of the SAHA MBA Program, which was implemented in 2019, organized in 3 centers, namely Istanbul, Ankara and Gaziantep, 2019 managers, manager candidates and company owners from 85 different companies received training since 200. Distribution of SAHA MBA participants consists of 40% general manager, 25% senior manager candidate, 25% manager candidate engineer and 10% participants who want to improve their managerial skills such as consultants and financial advisors.
