Enjoying a wide selection ranging from concerts to workshops, from theater performances to shadow plays, the artists of the future experience the festival enthusiasm to the fullest at the Capital Culture Road Festival.
Bringing the people of Ankara together with hundreds of events in more than 70 centers, the Başkent Cultural Road Festival also offers an entertaining and instructive program to little art lovers. The children of today, the little ones who are candidates to be the artists of tomorrow, live the festival enthusiasm to the fullest with a comprehensive selection ranging from concerts to workshops, from theater performances to shadow plays.
Special events, which continue to be held in Ankara's distinguished culture and art centers and historical buildings until 12 June, offer children the opportunity to meet the cultural heritage of the Capital, as well as an enjoyable and instructive festival experience.

Happy Shoes Workshop
The Joyful Shoes Workshop will teach curious little ones the joys of shoe making in practice. During the workshop, the children will have a fun-filled day, producing various and colorful shoes. The workshop, which also offers children the opportunity to develop their hand skills, will be held on June 9 at Pilavoğlu Han.
i want a lion
Breaking new ground in the field of dramatic children's theater in Turkey by combining drama plays with children's theater, I Want a Lion is about the journey of a little boy Robin, who is tired of loneliness, to adopt a pet. Robin's adventure of getting a pet into his life and home will offer an enjoyable journey for parents who are considering making similar decisions together. Prepared by drama leader and theater actress Sema Çiftçi, I Want a Lion will meet with little art lovers on June 9 at the Truck Theater established in CSO ADA ANKARA Open Space.
Named Yunus, performed by the actors of the Ankara State Theater, will introduce little art lovers to the vast universe of the Anatolian poet Yunus Emre. Yunus Emre, the story of a hopeless boy searching for his name and finding Yunus Emre, will present a unique journey to children by emphasizing the importance of kindness and compassion. Written by Erdal Ozan Metin, the play will be screened at the Truck Theater set up in CSO ADA Open Space on 11 and 12 June.
Turkish World Children's Games Workshop
Games that have brought joy to the lives of children of the Turkish world for centuries will meet with the little ones on June 11 at the Ankara Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum. The workshop, where games from Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan will be played, will provide children with a fun-filled day.
Ezo Sunal – Lalala Children's Concert
Ezo Sunal, known for his original songs, games and activities for children, will perform a special concert at CSO ADA ANKARA Blue Hall on Sunday, June 12. At the Lalala Children's Concert, which is prepared for the 2-8 age group, families and children will have fun by singing songs together. At the concert, which stands out with its interactive structure, children will have a pleasant day with their peers by participating in special games.
Turkish Intelligence and Strategy Games Workshop
The intelligence and strategy-oriented games of Turkish culture will provide children with an enjoyable experience where they will develop their mental skills while having fun at the Turkish Intelligence and Strategy Games Workshop. The workshop, where mangala, three stone and nine stone games will be played with the participants, will be held on June 12 at the Ankara Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum.
