Works have accelerated at the Courthouse Junction, the foundation of which was laid by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality in April. After the beam assembly of the bridge, which was built in order to create an alternative route to enter the Fair Street entrance without signaling, the ground filling works on the junction connection arms were accelerated.
In order to eliminate the transportation problem in Bursa, the Metropolitan Municipality, which continues its works such as road widening and new roads, smart intersections, promoting public transportation, and rail system investments, opens the blocked veins of traffic with new bridged intersections. With the relocation of the new courthouse, the traffic load at the connection point of the Near East Ring Road to Istanbul Street is increasing day by day, and the Metropolitan Municipality is solving this problem with a two-loop intersection. Within the scope of the project, the foundation of which was laid in April, two bridges with a length of 3 meters with 117 spans and a length of 2 meters with 54 spans and a connection road of 3 thousand 500 meters will be built.
While it is aimed to complete the intersection in 75 months, which will cost approximately 5,5 million liras, feverish work continues in the region. After the beam assembly of the bridge, which was made in order to create an alternative route from the Near East Ring Road to the Fair Street entrance without signaling, the works in the region were accelerated. The production of ground fill, bored pile and curtain wall cap beams in the junction connection arms continues.
