Kerem Storm was born on September 23, 1981 in Istanbul. He completed his primary and secondary education in Istanbul. Kerem Storm, who was interested in theater during his high school years, took part in various plays at the acting school. He completed Kenan Evren Anatolian High School in 1999 and won the Public Administration Department of the Faculty of Political Sciences at Istanbul University in the same year. After graduating from university (1999), she studied acting for 2 years at Şahika Tekand Studio Actors. He did radio theater for a while.
