President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated that they will present the bill, known as “student amnesty” in the public, for the approval of the Turkish Grand National Assembly in the coming days.
Expressing that the enthusiasm at the AK Party's Youth Festival in Adana allowed them to see the strong bridge between his party and the youth, Erdoğan said that he wanted to give good news to all young people.
Erdoğan said, “We are presenting the proposal, which we have been working on for a while and which is known as 'student amnesty' in the public, to the appreciation of our Parliament in the coming days. This offer paves the way for our undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students who had to leave their education to return to their schools under certain conditions. I wish that this offer, which will provide a new opportunity to our young people who want to complete their higher education, will be beneficial to all our students and our country in advance.”
