Derya Yanık, Minister of Family and Social Services, stated that a total of 238 million TL was deposited into the accounts of families this month for children benefiting from Social and Economic Support (SED).
Minister Yanık stated that the Ministry of Family and Social Services provides Social and Economic Support (SED) services to families in need to meet the basic needs of children and school expenses. In this way, it is aimed to prevent the deterioration of family integrity due to economic reasons, and it is aimed for children to grow up with their families, Minister Yanık noted that an average of 1650 TL monthly support is provided for each child benefiting from the SED.
Minister Yanık said, “We deposited a total of 238 million TL into the accounts of families for our children benefiting from Social and Economic Support (SED) in June.” used the phrases.
Stating that children benefiting from SED are also supported with social and cultural activities, Minister Yanık said:
“With our project on Increasing the Efficiency of the SED Service (School Support Project), we organize activities such as trips to historical places, museum visits, and outdoor sports for our children. We enable them to attend artistic and sportive courses in line with their talents and interests. We create an environment for people in special groups such as environmental cleaning, tree planting, elderly and disabled people to come together and participate in social life with social responsibility activities that raise awareness and awareness.”
Minister Yanık stated that 147 thousand children benefited from the SIA service.
