prof. Dr. Neriman İnanç gave the following information on the subject:

“In the results of the research, it was stated that milk consumption reduces the activity of the infection in the stomach and prevents the emergence of disease symptoms by regulating the gastric mucosa. In a study, it was seen that milk has a protective effect against stomach damage by increasing the production of mucin, which is a protective factor in the stomach. In another study, it was determined that the frequency of reflux symptoms decreased thanks to the beneficial microorganisms they contain in fermented milk products. Faith, considering the results of the research, it will be useful for people with reflux problems to drink milk, starting with small amounts first and then increasing the amount, to pass or reduce their reflux symptoms.

In a study published in the Journal of Food and Health in 2015, 12 patients aged 80-37 years and with regular gastrointestinal complaints consumed 4 tea glass (1 ml/day) of milk per day for 100 weeks. There was a significant improvement in the findings of the patients after milk consumption compared to the baseline. Milk also helps in reducing the signs of reflux because it contains protein and is a rich source of phosphorus. Faith also believes that people with reflux problems should reach their ideal body weight, and therefore, milk, which is one of the most important nutrients for weight loss, should be consumed for this purpose as well.
