MOTUL 2022 Turkey Karting Championship 2nd leg races were held in Uşak with the participation of 11 athletes on 12-49 June. Organized by Kütahya Çini Sports Club with the contributions of ICRYPEX and Uşak Municipality, within the scope of the 30 August 100th anniversary events of the Uşak Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, the organization hosted competitive races in 5 different categories for two days.
In the mini category with 12 athletes, Can Özler from DRT won the first place, Erin Ünlüdoğan was the second and Teoman Hoskin from the BOM Karting team was third. In mini women, Melek Dorum from DRT won the first place. In the junior category with 10 athletes, Emir Tanju from the DRT team, Hakkı Dorum from the same team and Ayşe Çebi from the same team came in second, and Ayşe Çebi from the DRT team came first, teammate Leyla Sulyak and Zeynep Büyükpınar came third in the junior women's classification.
In the senior category with the highest participation with 18 athletes, Kerim Sulyak from the BOM Karting team took the first place, Berk Kalpakoğlu took the second place and Gün Taşdelen from the DRT team took the third place, while the senior women's classification was ranked by Sena Savaşer, Ayda Biter from the second BOM Karting team and Sude Nur Yurdagül third. Completed. The Master category podium, in which 6 athletes took to the track, was formed as the first Cem Aşık, the second Mehmet Çınar and the third Aytaç Biter. In the organization where the DRT (Dynamic Racing Team) team won the teams' first place, Demir Uyan ranked first in the TOSFED Micro Support Cup, which is open to the participation of athletes aged 6-9, while Doruk Sırnaç came in second and Teoman Tanrısever came in third.
MOTUL 2022 Turkey Karting Championship will continue with the third leg races to be held in Istanbul by Tuzla Karting Club on 02-03 July.
