Mehmet Büyükekşi, who entered the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Extraordinary Election General Assembly as the only candidate, was elected as the chairman.
In the general assembly held at Ankara JW Marriott Hotel, the vote count for the presidential election was completed. Büyükeşi, who took 209 of the 158 games used, became the new president of the TFF. 51 of the votes cast were deemed invalid.
