Announcing the good news that will provide ease of transportation to students in the capital city, ABB President Mansur Yavaş said, “We have good news for our students using one of the cheapest subscriptions in Turkey. With the decision taken at the UKOME meeting, your student subscriptions will now be valid for TCDD train services between Ankara and Polatlı. Use it," he said.
After the student subscription cards started to be used in Başkentray as of 18 April, it was decided at the UKOME meeting held on 14 June 2022 that the student subscription cards would also be valid on the suburban train services serving between Polatlı and Ankara. After the EGO General Directorate and TCDD General Directorate complete the joint work, the application, which will also contribute to the students economically, will be implemented as soon as possible.
