Dialysis patients in Kastamonu's villages, where electricity was cut due to flooding, are taken to the hospital by helicopter.

Due to the heavy rain in Bozkurt and İnebolu districts of Kastamonu, the flow of the streams in the region increased.

While transportation to some villages was difficult, dialysis patients asked for help due to power cuts in some villages.

Under the coordination of the Disaster and Emergency Management (AFAD) Presidency teams, the patients were taken to the Abana district by helicopters belonging to the Coast Guard Command and the General Directorate of Security.

A COPD patient was brought to the hospital by 7 Emergency Service teams, with 112 dialysis units brought to the beach by helicopters.
