Turkish students successfully returned from the world's largest science competition at high school level. Turkey returned with awards at the International Regeneron ISEF Science and Engineering Competition, attended by 63 students from 750 countries. STUDENTS FROM 63 COUNTRIES ATTENDED

The International Regeneron ISEF Science and Engineering Competition is organized by the Society for Science & the Public. Every year, students from many countries participate in the science competition held at the high school level in various cities of the USA. This year, 63 students from 140 projects from 750 countries participated in the competition held in Atlanta, the capital city of Georgia, USA.

WE ATTENDED WITH 13 PROJECTS

The projects participating in the competition were selected as a result of the TÜBİTAK 2204-A High School Students Research Projects Competition. 4 projects that passed through 13 stages, including preliminary, regional and final evaluations and the determination of the participants in the international project competitions, were entitled to participate in the International Regeneron ISEF Science and Engineering Competition.

Due to the effects of the COVID-19 epidemic, the awards were given to their owners in the competition, which was organized both virtual and physically. 3 students who participated in 4 projects from Turkey won special awards, 4 students who owned 6 projects won the Regeneron ISEF grand award.
