Samsun Metropolitan Municipality, with the support of Murat Kurum, Minister of Environment, Urbanism and Climate Change, is putting into practice Turkey's most modern industrial site with a sea view. 700 percent of 1526 workplaces, 82 of which were industrial and 1608 commercial type, were completed on a 36-decare land, the foundations of which were laid last year. The second applications have started for the industrial site, which will be delivered to the beneficiaries in 2023 and will be operational.

Applications for 100 and 200 square meters shops are required to be a taxpayer and continue to operate before 30 June 2021. Those who want to buy a shop from Toybelen Small Industrial Site must personally apply to the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Urban Transformation Branch Directorate.

Underlining that Toybelen is an unmissable opportunity for Gülsan tradesmen, Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Demir said, “Work continues rapidly in Toybelen. Efforts are being made to complete the project as soon as possible. We have started the second application process for the project that will set an example for Turkey in terms of industrial transformation. This is an important opportunity for our shopkeepers who could not buy a shop during the first application process.”

Reminding that the deadline for application is 30 June 2022, President Demir said, “There are shops of 100 and 200 square meters. Our shop owners can get the necessary information from our Metropolitan Municipality regarding the square meter price list of workplaces.

On the other hand, the following documents are required for application: “Photocopy of Tax Plate (before 30 June 2021), photocopy of identity card and activity report from the professional chamber.”
