Applications continue for the PERYÖN Human Value Awards 2022, where studies and practices that leave a mark, inspire and value people in the field of human management are evaluated. Participants, in the field of human resources; Applications can be made to the PERYÖN Human Value Awards, which are organized to promote innovative, creative and successful practices and to bring exemplary works to the sector, until 3 June 2022.
Continuing its activities with the vision of leading a better working life for now and for the future, the PERYÖN Human Value Awards, which are successfully organized every year by PERYÖN – Turkish Human Management Association, will find their owners for the 14th time this year. Recognized and supported by the European Human Management Association (EAPM), the umbrella association of PERYÖN representing 34 countries, the PERYÖN Human Value Awards, in the field of human resources; It is organized in order to introduce innovative, creative and successful applications and to bring exemplary works to the sector.
The methodology of the awards will be structured by ARGE Danışmanlık, and site visits and reporting in accordance with the methodology of the PERYÖN Human Value Awards 2022 will be carried out by the international audit and consultancy company PwC Turkey.
The first and only award recognized by the European Human Management Association
The PERYÖN Human Value Leadership Grand Award is the first and only award recognized and supported by the European Human Management Association (EAPM), PERYÖN's umbrella association representing 34 countries. Thus, the award-winning applications are considered as success stories not only in Turkey but also on a global scale, and they set an example.

The categories of the PERYÖN Awards, which will find their owners with the award ceremony to be held on November 3, 2022, are under the Main Category of Leadership in Human Value (Grand Prize) and Value-Creating Practices; Employer Brand, Engagement and Corporate Culture Management, Developing New Working Models, Leadership in Digital Transformation, Diversity and Inclusion Management, Learning Organization and Learning Agility, Applications that Support Quality of Life, and Creating Value in the Business Life of the Future. In the 14th Human Value Awards, for the first time this year, the SME Application Category that Makes a Difference will also be evaluated in the human-oriented works of SMEs.
Sustainability will be evaluated at every step
In the evaluation process of the PERYÖN Human Value Awards, projects that create value for people and life are considered within the scope of sustainability. Evaluated practices are expected to create social benefits within the framework of the UN Sustainability Goals. Beyond that, it is also important that the projects go beyond the legislation and other official requirements, be holistic and innovative, become a part of the culture and achieve continuity.
